A great deal of what people book as a facial is actually a clean-up — extraction, a scrub and a mask — and where that is all the skin needs, that is what we say, rather than moving you up the list to something longer.
The skin consultation carries no charge and is read in daylight rather than under a lamp, because artificial light flattens exactly the things you are trying to see: pigmentation, the real depth of a tan line, and how much of a dullness is congestion rather than tone.
Single-use where it matters, gloved throughout
Wax strips, spatulas and applicators are single-use, opened for you and discarded afterwards rather than reused. Threading and waxing are worked in gloves, and tools that touch the skin are sanitised between every client.
The same applies whether the appointment is a fifteen-minute clean-up or the longest ritual on the carte — hygiene here is not tiered to match what has been booked.
Clean-ups and facials
The short end of the menu is where most people should start — extraction, exfoliation and a mask, in and out inside the hour. Dermaplaning and an intense eye treatment sit alongside the clean-ups for anyone who wants a shorter, targeted session.
Above them sit the longer facials, each built around a different concern rather than simply a longer version of the last one. A sheet mask or a detox scrub can be added to a shorter treatment for anyone who wants a little more without moving up to a longer session.
Advanced treatments
The hydra facial is worth naming on its own, because it is asked for by name and frequently misunderstood: it is a machine-assisted cleanse, exfoliation and serum infusion, not a peel, and there is no downtime after it.
Skin rejuvenation, a re-hydra derma peel and the longer rituals all sit at this end of the list, alongside skin lightening for neck, underarm, intimate or thigh. Everything here is booked only after the free consultation, because a peel on skin that is already compromised makes it worse rather than better.
Threading, waxing and body polishing
Threading remains the most precise way to set a brow line, covering everything from an eyebrow to a full face.
Waxing uses imported liposoluble wax as standard, with bead wax stocked for sensitive and intimate areas and Rica wax for a full body. Waxing for men is available at its own rate, worked to the same standard rather than treated as an afterthought.
Body polishing is listed as sparkling therapy, alongside a natural mud mask and a premium black mask. De-tan and bleach are the most asked for after a Navi Mumbai summer, and work best as a short course rather than a single visit.

Is the skin consultation really free?
Yes, and it is read in daylight rather than under a treatment lamp, because artificial light hides pigmentation and true skin tone. It commits you to nothing booked after it.
What is the difference between a clean-up and a facial?
A clean-up is extraction, exfoliation and a mask — around half an hour, and often all the skin actually needs. A facial adds massage, a longer treatment mask and ingredients chosen for a diagnosed concern. If a clean-up is enough, we will tell you so rather than book the longer one.
What hygiene standards do you follow for waxing and facials?

How often should I have a facial?
Every four to six weeks suits most skin, which is roughly one full cycle of cell turnover. Congested or acne-prone skin often does better with shorter clean-ups more frequently and a longer facial occasionally, which is a plan we will set out at the consultation.
