A single broken nail is treated as a single repair, not an excuse to redo the whole set — which is less about arithmetic than about not being made to pay for nine nails that were never damaged. It is one of several small decisions here that add up to the set actually lasting.
The nail cut and file is complimentary, as is a feet reflexology with any appointment. Neither is a hook: they are how a technician learns what your nails actually do before deciding what to put on them.
One set of hands, sterilised between every client
Tools are sterilised between every client rather than wiped down, and files, buffers and orange sticks are single-use — discarded after your appointment rather than kept for the next one. The technician who starts your set finishes it.
That continuity matters more than it sounds: cuticle work, filing and the finish are decisions made by feel as much as by eye, and a set handed between two people partway through rarely reads as one set.
Manicure and pedicure, in five steps
Both ladders run from a straightforward tidy to a full ritual — Basic Bliss, Ultimate Spa, Royal Radiance, Signature Spa, and the L’Amour Luxe hand or feet ritual.
What climbs the ladder is time and what goes on the skin, not the shape of the nail — the filing and cuticle work is the same care at every rung. Paraffin wax is worth adding in an air-conditioned office winter, when hands crack faster than they do outdoors.
Gel, extensions and overlays
Gel polish, extensions, overlays and refills are each their own service rather than bundled into one — soft gel sits alongside them as a lighter alternative to a full acrylic set.
Removal is listed separately and deliberately. Gel and acrylic taken off at home is the single most common cause of the thin, peeling nail plates that arrive here asking for a fix — the damage is almost never from wearing extensions, it is from taking them off. Have it removed here instead.
Nail art, chosen by the finish
Nail art ranges from a simple French line or a sticker up to hand-painted marble, chrome finishes and 3D or foiled detail — each nail in a set can carry a different finish, mixed to what you actually want rather than one design applied to all ten.
Bring a photograph if you have one. Nail art is the one service where a reference picture says more than any description, and it means the finish is agreed before a brush is picked up rather than discovered at the end.

Will the same technician do my whole set?
Yes. Continuity matters for nail work — cuticle care, filing and finish are decisions made by feel, and one set of hands sees it through from start to finish.
What hygiene standards do you follow?
Tools are sterilised between every client, and files, buffers and orange sticks are single-use rather than reused on the next appointment.
How long does a gel manicure last?
Two to three weeks on most people before re-growth shows at the cuticle. Extensions go three to four weeks between refills. Have them removed here rather than at home — peeling gel off takes the top layers of the nail plate with it.
Can I have just one broken nail repaired?
Yes. A single repair is treated as a single repair rather than an excuse to redo the whole set — there is no minimum, and no full-set charge for fixing one nail.
Do I need to book an appointment, or can I walk in for nail art?
Walk-ins are taken when a technician is free, but intricate art takes longer than a polish change, so telephoning ahead means the right amount of time is actually held for it.

Yes — a nail cut and file, and a feet reflexology, come with any appointment at no charge. They are how a technician learns what your nails actually need before deciding what to put on them, not an upsell.
