This is the part of the carte where the most damage gets done in Navi Mumbai, and almost none of it by accident. Smoothing treatments are sold by name — keratin, botox, nanoplastia — as though the name were the product. It is not. What matters is the condition of the hair going in, and whether it has been coloured, bleached or smoothed before.
So nothing on this page is booked off the menu. Every treatment here follows a consultation in which the hair is read dry, its history is asked about, and a strand is tested if there is any doubt. That consultation is complimentary, and it is the only way to answer the question people actually arrive with, which is not “how much” but “will this wreck my hair”.
Gloved, tested, and never guessed
Every application here is worked in gloves, and tools are sanitised between clients rather than rinsed and reused. Where a treatment carries any risk to previously coloured or bleached hair, a strand is tested first — on your hair, not a swatch — before anything is committed to the whole head.
This is also where “no” is a normal answer. If the hair will not take a treatment safely, we say so and offer the one that will, rather than book what was asked for and hope.
Smoothing, and what “keratin” really means here
Keratin is a family of treatments rather than one product, and on this carte the keratin-family work is listed as Smoothing and Cysteine. Cysteine is the gentler chemistry and the one usually right for hair that is already coloured or fine; classic smoothing holds harder and longer on coarse, heavy hair.
Neither is a permanent straightening. Both relax the curl and remove the frizz for somewhere between three and five months depending on how the hair is washed afterwards — which is why the aftercare conversation happens before the booking, not after the treatment.
Botox and nanoplastia
Hair botox has nothing to do with the injectable; it is a deep conditioning mask that fills the cuticle, and it smooths by making the strand heavier and flatter rather than by breaking a bond. It is the safest of the three treatments on this page, and the least dramatic.
Nanoplastia gives the strongest result on this page, and the one that most needs an honest consultation — on heavily bleached or previously smoothed hair, it is also the most capable of doing harm. Where the hair will not take it safely, we say so and offer the treatment that will.
Repair, bond work and the scalp
Olaplex is bond repair rather than conditioning, and it does the most good added onto a colour service, worked in while the cuticle is already open. Molecular deep repair, colour shine and the Moroccanoil ritual sit alongside it, chosen by what the hair actually needs rather than by habit.
Hair fall and dandruff are scalp conditions before they are hair conditions, and are treated as such — soothing, purifying, anti-dandruff and anti-hair-fall scalp care are all on the carte, alongside a head massage. The humidity here is hard on scalps, and a purifying treatment does more for a monsoon-season itch than any shampoo sold for it.

What people ask before they book
Is the consultation really necessary, or can I just book a treatment?
Necessary, and complimentary. A strand is tested whenever there is any doubt about how your hair will take a treatment, and that is decided before anything is booked — not after it has already been applied.
What is the difference between hair botox, keratin and nanoplastia?
Hair botox is a deep conditioning mask that fills the cuticle and smooths by weight — the gentlest of the three. Keratin-family smoothing relaxes the curl and removes frizz. Nanoplastia gives the strongest, longest-held result, and needs the most careful assessment on bleached hair.
How long does a smoothing treatment last?
Between three and five months for most people, depending mainly on how it is washed afterwards — sulphate-free shampoo and cooler water buy the longest hold. Coarse hair generally keeps the result longer than fine hair does.
Can I have a treatment if my hair is coloured or bleached?
Often yes, but it changes which treatment is right. Bleached hair has less bond structure to work with, so nanoplastia may be declined where cysteine or a botox is safe. A strand test is done at the free consultation whenever there is any doubt, and we will decline the booking rather than risk the hair.
What hygiene standards do you follow for chemical treatments?
Every application is worked in gloves, and tools — combs, sectioning clips, brushes — are sanitised between clients rather than rinsed and reused.
What can be done about hair fall and dandruff?
